Shipping and Handling

In an effort to enhance our Customer Service, all orders are shipped via USPS Mail with free delivery confirmation information forwarded to you.  In order to preserve the integrity of certain products, during periods of excessive heat or cold and product ordered,may not be sent until the following Monday.  In addition, orders that contain over 3 items of the same product may be considered a special order and be delayed in shipping. All products are shipped in boxes, padded envelopes are not used. Feel free to call 1-877-618-6055 for any questions you may have regarding shipping. Overnight shipping is available upon request and will be charged on checkout.

Products in stock are normally shipped within 3 business days. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available. If the backordered item is on extended delay through the manufacturer, we will remove the item from your order, issue and issue a credit for that amount, and ship the remainder of the order to you. Customers will be notified via email within 2 (two) business days if a product is OUT OF STOCK.
All PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO) addresses, and ship by PRIORITY MAIL ONLY.
